We have prepared a list of objects spectroscopically classified as stars by the SDSS whereas categorised as galaxies by our MLP method. This list includes 1492 objects with g < 20 and size index in z-band > 1.05 where the size index is defined as the ratio between psfMag and cModelMag. By visual inspecting a fraction of these objects we consider two possibilities for this discrepancy. Either the spectral type of the objects is right but the photometry is affected by the observational bad conditions, or, the object is spectroscopically misclassified as a star due to some environmental defects.
